Uses: cutaneous (always diluted in a vegetable oil, maximum 20%), oral (ask for medical advice before ingestion).

Precautions for use
Do not use in infants and children under 7 years. Not to be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Eye irritant, avoid contact with the eyes. May be slightly nephrotoxic and hepatotoxic after ingestion in large doses over a long period. May cause hypothermia and heart problems if consumed excessively and over too long a period. Photosensitising. Dermocaustic.

Spearmint is the common mint of Western Europe that grows wild in gardens, wild meadows and forest edges.
It has been known since the dawn of time and was cultivated by various civilisations in the Mediterranean region.
Mentha spicata is the richest mint in carvone compared to mentha piperata which has a high menthol content.
Its scent is very sweet and not very mentholated.
