Uses :

    In infusion: pour the equivalent of one tablespoon of plant per cup of hot water and let infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.

Precautions for use

    Not recommended for pregnant women and children under 6 years.
    Do not exceed the daily dose recommended by your doctor.
    It is advisable to keep them away from light, heat and humidity for a better conservation.
