Organic Red Myrtle essential oil is extracted from the leaves of Myrtus communis, a shrub in the Myrtaceae family. This plant is native to the Mediterranean region. Our search naturally turned to Morocco.
This oil has a warm, woody fragrance. It is recognised for its expectorant properties and its circulatory virtues (heavy legs), making it a highly prized oil in aromatherapy.
