Apricot kernel oil is made from 100% organic prunus armenacia.
Fatty acids :
oleic acid (omega 9 MUFA): from 54 to 74 %
linoleic acid (omega 6 PUFA): from 20 to 34 %
palmitic acid (SFA): from 4 to 9 %
stearic acid (SFA): <= 4%.
Uses
Cosmetics: Leaves skin satin-smooth and plumped up, for maturing skin lacking tone.
In the diet: Rich in Omega 6 and 9 and vitamins, it is a precious ally in the fight against cardiovascular disease. To be eaten in small quantities.
