Black spruce essential oil, straight from the far north, is an essential winter ally. A tonic, it's ideal for fighting fatigue!

Black spruce (Picea mariana) essential oil has a fresh, woody, resinous scent, typical of conifers, but with softer, more comforting nuances than other species such as pine or fir.

Its fragrance is energising yet soothing, often used to invigorate and clear the mind. It is also prized for its invigorating and respiratory effects.
