Nigella oil is rich in linoleic acid (omega 6 PUFA) & oleic acid (omega 9 MUFA).

palmitic acid (SFA): 8 to 13
stearic acid (SFA): 1 to 6
eicosadienoic acid (omega 6 PUFA): 1 to 3
linolenic acid (omega 3 PUFA): ≤ 1
palmitoleic acid (omega 7 PUFA): ≤ 1%.
Uses
Cosmetics:
On the skin, Nigella oil has a greasy texture; spread over the skin, it penetrates fairly well.
As a hair mask, leave on for 30 minutes.
