Evening primrose oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 with anti-inflammatory properties. It moisturises and soothes dry or irritated skin, while combating skin ageing. It helps balance female hormones, relieving symptoms of PMS and the menopause, and supports cardiovascular and joint health. It can also improve hair texture and strengthen the immune system.

Contraindicated for pregnant and breast-feeding women and children under 12.
