Main biochemical constituents: Perillaldehyde (25.00 to 50.00%), D-Limonene (15.00 to 30.00%), Beta-Caryophyllene (5.00 to 15.00%), Cis-Alpha bisabolene (5.00 to 15.00%), Trans-Shisool (3.00 to 7.00%)
Allergens present: D-Limonene (<=30,00%), Linalool (<=3,00%), Citral (Geranial + Neral) (<= 2,00%), Geraniol (<= 0,20%), Farnesol (<=0,10%).
From one production to another, the composition of essential oils varies because the conditions in which the plant grows are never identical from one year to the next. The composition of the oil in your bottle is therefore unique.
Advice for use
Uses: cutaneous (always diluted in a vegetable oil, maximum 20%), oral (ask for medical advice before ingestion).
Storage: store away from light, heat and air.
Precautions for use
Do not use in infants and children under 7 years. Not to be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Eye irritant, avoid contact with the eyes. May be slightly nephrotoxic and hepatotoxic after ingestion in large doses over a long period. May cause hypothermia and heart problems if consumed excessively and over too long a period. Photosensitising. Dermocaustic.

Green Shiso or Perilla is a Lamiaceae native to South East Asia. This plant is a classic in traditional Japanese and Chinese medicine. It is an integral part of many Asian cultures.
Its smell is complex and present. It can remind one of coriander with a tangy note.

This plant is cultivated in the Vendée on our estate but also by local organic farmers.
